I seriously want to know what people think of that game , it seems pretty good one.I think it wont be like Naumachia , but it will certainly be a cool one.

I think it will be rather closer to Star Wars than to NSW.They said in preview video how they took a lot of inspiration from the star wars and other stuff like that.
Big difference between JGE and NSW is that one is a MMO and the other is Multiplayer/PvP like Counterstrike. JGE looks alienish (if that is a word) and NSW looks more raw. From what I gather NSW will have no shields on there ships and will use ammo style weapons. JGE reminds me more of FL and Earth and Beyond put together. I will definitely be trying this one out when it does come out (was just pushed back from its original June release). And don't forget to look at Black Prophecy cyberdaemon.
Eh. I signed up for beta, but I can't say I'm really interested. No capital ships.
I signed up for the beta, long time ago. I am really curious if this game will be what eve should be.
Well, I guess that depends what you think Eve 'should' be Tongue If Eve had real-time combat, first person ship views and the ability for players to crew a few subsystems of capital ships or let the player 'manage' an AI crew, and if combat wasn't so...fleeting and the universe not so empty of interesting stuff, I'd probably still be playing it.

Actually there are mega-size ships.I doubt you can ever fly any large ones , but i prefer it that way.

How could you tell? Tongue

BIG! I like BIG! Lol.

I just like the tactical potential they bring. You've got this big hulking beast with cannons, hangars and logistical/tactical capabilities. And it's killing everything. But if you don't play your cards right, little ships are going to get in and take your guns and subsystems out, and then -their- bigger ships are going to stomp you dead.

That and I like the management potential it has in some games. If you look at Silent Hunter 3 or Universal Combat, I really liked their crew systems (though I think it could have been worked more smoothly in both cases). The meat of the game is of course the combat scenarios, but underscoring it all and helping immersion is the fact that you have to manage your resources to repair damage, cycle out tired crew members, load torpedoes or whatever. With that, your ship suddenly seems alive, similar to a real-life carrier or frigate; and it's been found time and time again people actually grow kind of attached to this.
